About Us

Giovanna is divorced and remarried to her second husband, Marco, with whom she shares a blended family. Giovanna and Marco have been living the co-parenting money struggle for years with three teens from their previous marriages. The biggest lesson she’s learned is that if it had been easier to manage receipts, avoid back and forth email haggling, and track completed payments against expenses, tons of pain could have been avoided.

Giovanna is no stranger to tech, she has been architecting human resource management solutions for her Fortune 2000 clients for almost twenty years. Currently, she is Managing Director of Veritas Prime’s Latin American practice and resides in the greater New York City area. Giovanna graduated with a dual BS degree from Rutgers and New Jersey Institute of Technology in Computer Science.

Marco is Giovanna’s husband and helped her formulate and develop the DComply idea that she ultimately built and brought to market. Marco has 20 years of experience in technology, but primarily in sales leadership, operations and account management. Marco currently is a Regional Vice President with NetSuite-Oracle within their North American account management organization. Giovanna and Marco share the same passion for helping parents find peace in their lives after separation and divorce.
