Giovanna Lopez - Founder
Giovanna is divorced and remarried to her second husband, Marco, with whom she shares a blended family. Giovanna and Marco have been living the co-parenting money struggle for years with three teens from their previous marriages. The biggest lesson she’s learned is that if it had been easier to manage receipts, avoid back and forth email haggling, and track completed payments against expenses, tons of pain could have been avoided.
Giovanna is no stranger to tech, she has been architecting human resource management solutions for her Fortune 2000 clients for almost twenty years. Currently, she is Managing Director of Veritas Prime’s Latin American practice and resides in the greater New York City area. Giovanna graduated with a dual BS degree from Rutgers and New Jersey Institute of Technology in Computer Science.

Drew is the Founder & Creative Director at O’Brien Creative Group, a full service creative design firm. Drew has a diligent work ethic, a focus on collaboration, and an energetic personality. These qualities are imperative for survival in the creative industry and these are qualities that Drew brings to projects and organizations across a wide array of businesses/trades.
Victoria Lucido - Legal Counsel
Victoria is a Senior Associate at Aloia Law Firm and Victoria practices civil litigation at both the State and Federal levels. Victoria has an extensive background in Family Law practice and served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Catherine Enright while she was Presiding Family Court Judge in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris County. While in law school, Victoria interned in the Family Court for the Honorable Mary Gibbons Whipple, J.A.D. During the internship Victoria assisted Judge Whipple with various aspects of the Children in Court docket.
Victoria also volunteered in the Domestic Violence Clinic wherein she provided pro bono assistance to domestic violence victims in Newark, New Jersey involving a variety of issues including custody, child support, alimony and equitable distribution. Victoria received her JD from Seton Hall Law, and a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Monmouth University.
